Man, I've really fail at this blog lately.
I can't believe it's been a month since Sherry has died! Time flies. Brenda and I decided this afternoon that it was (finally) time to send out catalogs. We've cleaned out Sherry's office for the most part. We take it one day at a time. I still miss her like crazy. I don't think that feeling will ever go away though. Brenda gave me a hat Sherry had on Monday morning. She got it to wear while they were on a cruise around the Greek Isle's last May. I love it. It's a floppy hat. I'll be able to wear it quite a bit this summer...whether I go to Quantico or the beach.
I start getting CT scans every 6 months from here on out. Or until my Cardio surgeon decides I don't need them anymore. For that, I am thankful. They waited SEVEN days to call me with my results. I was not impressed. I realize that they had two heart transplants and emergency heart surgery in those 7 days, but really, they could have called and said "hey, you are ok. come back in 6 months." A 30 second phone call. That's all I was asking for. That's not too much to ask for, is it?? Didn't think so...
I'll hopefully be a new car owner by the end of the week!!! I'm SO excited! Dad and I drove around a car lot in town and I saw a 2007 Nissan Altima that had about 25,000 miles on it and is about $16,000. And it's pretty! lol. It's navy sparkly blue and has tinted windows. Perfect timing. My car is not starting at least once a day now. It's real fun when that happens. I had someone clean it out professionally today and my car looks brand new. Which will be a good thing when I trade it in!
Anyway. I'll try to write in here more often!

It definitely doesn't seem that long! But time does fly, especially when you're busy. I'm with MJ, I want to see you in the hat! I bet it's beautiful. =) I'm definitely a fan of floppy hats.

Yayyyyy for new cars! I'll hopefully have mine by the end of this week too. You definitely deserve one, you've had soooo many problems out of your current one, it's insane.
